I can't say enough good about Schroder Tire. I have purchased at least 4 sets of tires from them, for both autos and trailers, and I have them do all my oil changes. A.few weeks ago, my daugher had a blowout on her shaved ice stand trailer. She purchased 2 new tires from another shop, but then that shop would not put the old remaining tire on the spare wheel and put the two new tires on the ground. Also, they would not remove the tread from the blown tire that had wrapped around the axle. So she towed the trailer to Schroder, and in short order, and with a little ingenuity, they swapped out the tires and removed the tire tread from the axle. The charge was $20 for all the labor involved. They are good folks!
This afternoon (August 9), my daughter had a blowout on her shaved ice trailer and her spare wouldn't hold air. After buying two tires at another store, the other store would not put the two new tires on the ground and the remaining old tire on as a spare. Also, they would not remove the blown tire tread that had wrapped around the axle. She called Schroder Tire and they said no problem. She towed the trailer there, and with a little muscle and teamwork, the new tires (not purchased at Schroder) were put on the ground and the shredded tread wrapped around the axle was removed. The charge? 20 bucks. Schroder Tire, you saved the day for my daughter!
